Scholarship Timeline
July - Sept
Information packets arrive at junior and senior high schools in July. The application is available to download online.
*ALTs and teachers should introduce & promote the scholarship to students during this time.
October
Applications are due 10/31. Envelopes must be postmarked by the 31st or the application will not be accepted.
*please contact us if you are having difficulty with submitting your application on time.
November
Applications will be reviewed. Successful applicants will be notified of their selection for interview by mid-November
December
Interviews will be held at a location TBD in Hiroshima City.
January
Winner will be selected and notified!
