The Application
The HJSF Scholarship Application for 2026 - 2027 can be found here.
We recommend that students discuss the scholarship and application with their school English teachers and ALT.

Complete the Application
Applicants must complete all required fields in the application. Students who need assistance should ask their English teachers and their school's ALT.
Applicants are required to have one of their English teachers complete the Student Evaluation Form. An additional recommendation form from their school's ALT may be submitted, but is optional.
Submitted on or before October 31, 2026

Wait for the Results
Applicants should check the email address provided in their application for their results. All applicants will be notified of whether they are selected to move on to the interview process or not.
If selected for an interview, applicants should begin to prepare. It is recommended that they practice with their English teacher and/or ALT.
