About us
The scholarship was created and is administered by the members of the Hiroshima JET Scholarship Fund Committee, a group of independent volunteers comprised of ALTs and CIRs who live and work in Hiroshima's schools and communities.
OUR MISSION
The Hiroshima Jet Scholarship Fund has been established to provide financial assistance to students wishing to undertake an international study abroad program.Through this valuable international and cultural exchange, we will give back to the communities and schools in which we live and work, as students will return to Japan with confidence, a broader worldview, and positive feelings toward their ability to use the English language.
OUR VISION
A prefecture with an established and sustainable scholarship fund, hosted by Hiroshima JET Program ALTs and CIRs, where all students have an equal opportunity to study abroad.
